- The Registration Fee covers food (6 snacks and 3 lunches), the conference kit, and admission to the Fellowship Night.
- All accepted contributors are required to register and pay the Registration Fee.
- The Registration Fee is non-refundable unless a letter of cancellation of payment is received by the Secretariat on or before 01 October 2014. All expenses to be incurred in relation to the refund will be deducted from the amount of payment received.
