HOW TO REGISTER ONLINE
To
register a single participant, use Online Registration Form 1 (Individual)
Use Online
Registration Form 1 (Individual) to submit registration data for each participant.
Those who avail of the Group Rate are also required to submit one Registration
Form per participant, using either this online form or the print
version.
Before filling
out this form, you must have already paid
the Registration Fee using one of the recommended forms of
payment.
Also, have ready
for uploading, the image files of the following documents:
- proof of payment (e.g., Official Receipt, validated PNB deposit slip, transaction/remittance receipt), and
- proof of enrollment if you are a student.
To
register a group of participants, use Online
Registration Form 2 (Group)
Use Online
Registration Form 2 (Group) to submit registration data for schools,
institutions, and companies who avail of the special Group Rate.
In addition, each
participant who is part of a group is required to submit one Registration Form,
using Online Registration Form 1 (Individual) or
the print version. This is to ensure that the conference organizer has the
complete registration information on all participants.
Before filling
out this form, you must have already paid the Registration Fee using
one of the recommended forms of payment.
Also, have ready for uploading, an image file of the proof of payment (e.g., Official Receipt, validated deposit slip, transaction/remittance receipt).
